Christian Art Therapy Northern Ireland

Christian Art Psychotherapy

Encounter deeper healing through creativity, guided by the Holy Spirit.

Christian Art Psychotherapy is a gentle yet powerful space where creativity meets deep inner healing. Grounded in evidence-based psychological practice and rooted in the presence of Jesus, this approach allows individuals to explore their emotions, beliefs, and stories through image-making, reflection, and prayerful process.

Whether you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking deeper wholeness in Christ, art psychotherapy invites you into a journey of restoration, led by the Holy Spirit and tailored to your personal pace and needs.

No artistic skill is needed—just a willingness to show up. Sessions are held in a confidential and compassionate environment where you are fully seen and safely supported.

Individual Sessions

One-on-one sessions are available both in person and online. We’ll use a range of creative tools—paint, collage, drawing, writing, and more—to help process your story in a sacred, therapeutic space.

Group Sessions

Art psychotherapy can also be delivered in group settings. Perfect for churches, ministry teams, or Christian organisations. These workshops are designed to create a safe space for deeper self-awareness, team building, inner healing, or spiritual reflection through creative expression.

These can be as 1 of workshops or booked as a block of sessions. i.e. 6 week block.

If you're a pastor, ministry leader, or church elder, I'd love to talk about how group creative therapy could serve your congregation. Each workshop is shaped in prayer and tailored to the needs of your community.
